Atlas is a research modeling instrument: it reports model-scoped signal indices, not medical advice. See the Terms & disclaimer.

Instant plot

Import a SteroidPlotter link or plot the current inputs. Atlas draws a unitless relative timing shape; it is not a serum forecast.

What does Atlas use for this plot?

This action explicitly applies Atlas's generic structural timing basis to active rows. It uses legacy, unreviewed half-life estimates, not formulation-specific evidence. Every row keeps an expandable “Why this curve?” control.

Start

Choose a model window or load an example input. Examples are not recommended cycles.

Window

Uses this date for model day 1 and labels the entered window. It does not change the curve, dose, or cadence.

Protocol A

Registry model inputs are starting placeholders, not suggested doses. Every compound still requires an explicit curve basis.

Add a protocol start date above to project the schedule you entered onto real dates.

Schedule unavailable · add protocol start date0

Entered schedule dates only; not reminders, model impulses, or medical advice.

Fix schedule settings to export

  • anchorDate must be a real YYYY-MM-DD date.

Entered schedule occurrences

No schedule dates are available. Review the schedule settings above.

Replaces compound and protocol names with a private entered-plan title in calendar events.

CSV always contains the entered compound and cadence. Treat exported files as sensitive.

What the model can and cannot say

Model output is not available yet.

Modeled indices only — not serum levels, not clinical advice, and not a substitute for labs or blood pressure. Pathway indices use nominal weekly model inputs; the PK curves separately describe modeled timing and accumulation.
